Den 5-Stufen-Ansatz, welches Level man einnehmen kann und inwiefern wir Menschen immer noch in Stämmen denken und uns einordnen, finde ich sehr interessant und in diesem Buch sehr gut aufbereitet. Mit anschaulichen Beispielen und klaren Aussagen, erklären die Autoren, welche Stammes-Stufen es gibt und wodurch sie sich auszeichnen. Gleichzeitig liefern sie auch Tipps und Hinweise, wie man von einer Stufe zur nächsten kommen kann bzw. wie man seine Mitarbeiter in eine höhere Stufe heben kann.Ich konnte die beschriebenen Stufen sehr gut auf mich selber anwenden und habe auch viele Firmenstrukturen darin wieder erkannt. Für mich spannend ist vor allem zu sehen, dass gewisse Organisationsformen (wie z. B. agil) nur ab einer gewissen Stufe möglich sind und es wichtig ist, die Mitarbeiter erstmal dorthin befördert zu haben.Alles in allem ein interessantes Buch, das ich relativ schnell gelesen hatte und mir dafür immer noch sehr gut im Gedächtnis geblieben ist.
